Lelia Irene Daley, 87, of Corry, died October 25, 2016, at Corry Manor. Born April 12, 1929, in Titusville, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Cora Richards and the wife of the late Chester Daley.
Lelia worked for Elgin Electronic and the former Standard Chair Company and Union City Chair Company. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, her grandchildren, watching Wheel of Fortune and the Price is Right. Lelia loved her cat, Tagtail.
Survivors include a son, Melvin Wayne Daley and wife, Jean, of Centerville; daughters, Blanche Briggs and husband, James, of Corry and Janet Keener and husband Tom, of Rochester Mills; nine grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she preceded in death by a son, Paul Chester Daley, a daughter, Gloria Daley,one sister, three brothers, and a granddaughter, Stacey Lynn Daley.
Family and friends will be received Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Michael S. Pandolph Funeral Home, Union City. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. with Rev. Jerry Alsdorf officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Union City.
