Dear Sal,
I want to thank you for everything you taught me about loving people. You will always be an inspiration that I carry on in my work, you taught me so many things that others are not able to do. Your love and passion for people always shinned through and I will never forget it. I'll be looking forward to fall for the both of us! I really miss working with you but I know you will always be a part of it. You will be missed by so many, as well as myself. Rest in peace angel.

I didn't know you very long just a short period of time at the Backporch Grille. But from what I did know in that short span is that you were a very decent person.  Fly high with the  angels now,  Your Lord now has a great cook to look upon. Rest in peace.
