Sally A. Smith

Sally A. Smith, 44, of Centerville, died August 4, 2016, at UPMC-Hamot. Born March 27, 1972, in Union City, she was the daughter of Susan (Frantz) Bartholomew and the late Clyde Bartholomew and the wife of Thomas Smith, Sr.

She was a Domestic Violence Advocate who had a heart of gold. Sally loved talking to people, drinking coffee and being with her dogs. She was the easiest person to talk to and just knew what to say.

In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by a son, Thomas Smith, Jr.; daughters, Autumn Smith and Jacy Smith; brothers, Eric Bartholomew, Nathan Bartholomew, Jon Bartholomew, Blair Bartholomew, and Stephen Bartholomew, all of Centerville; nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Aaron Bartholomew and grandmother, Violet Frantz.

Family and friends may call the Michael S. Pandolph Funeral Home, Union City, Friday from 10 a.m. Until the hour of service at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in West Union Cemetery.
