Dorothy (Orlecky) Rutkowski Parker, 95, of Wattsburg, died October 26, 2017, at Corry Manor. Born August 1, 1922, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Anastasia (Fedorczak) Orlecky and the wife of the late Raymond Rutkowski and Milton Parker.
She was a member of the former Women of the Moose #719 and American Legion
Ladies Auxillary Post 237.
She is survived by a sister, Alice Rutkowski, a daughter Donna Kennedy and husband, Brian; grandchildren, Melissa Kennedy and partner, Brooke Wenger and Darren Kennedy and wife, Amber; great grandchildren, Braelyn Kennedy Wenger and Carly Kennedy.
In addition to her first and second husbands, she was preceded in death by sisters, Mary Vargo, Helen Vargo and Mildred Meerhoff.
Family and friends will be received Monday from 3 p.m. until the hour of service at 5 p.m. at the Michael S. Pandolph Funeral Home, Union City.
Interment will be in Wattsburg Cemetery.
