Keith Hawley, 76, of Union City, died January 4, 2018, at St. Vincent Health Center. Born June 6, 1941, in Waterforford, he was the son of the late Roy and Mabel (Bidwell) Hawley and the husband of Jessie (Reese) Hawley.
He retired from A Jax Foundry and previously worked at Standard Chair Company, MFG, and also tree trimming with his brother, Larry. Keith enjoyed hunting, farming, working on tractors and cars.
In addition to his beloved wife of 55 years, he is survived by a son, Keith A. Hawley of Union City; daughters, Michelene "Mitzie" Post and Amanda Kerstetter, both of Union City; sisters, Gloria Hawley of Edinboro and Sally Majerik of Union City; grandchildren, Gordon, Jackie, Keith, and Levi; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son-in-law, Gordon A. Post; brothers, Paul, Ralph, Larry, Melford Dale, and James Hawley and sister Anna Applebee.
Family and friends will be received at Michael S. Pandolph Funeral Home in Union City, on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. the hour of service.
