We are heartbroken to hear of Cousin Ruthie's passing. Our mother, Helen Chapulis may have lived a distance away but always held Ruthie close to her heart. Us kids all remember the long drives from Waterbury, CT to PA- whether to Harvey's Lake or Union City. No matter where we were, there were always laughs and lots of love whenever we were around "Chochie Ruthie" and your family, As the years went on, our mother would spend less time traveling to visit and more time with her on the telephone. Still happy conversation and plenty of warmth between them - you could tell they really missed being together. I know that losing your mother is so difficult- we lost our wonderful mom back in 2010. I know one thing - heaven is a bit nosier - I'll bet they're having a party - lots of laughs and hugs and kisses. Our heartfelt sympathy.
The Chapulis Family from Waterbury CT:
Susan Iseman, Carolyn Tata, Richard and Alan.
